Every month, PlattForm’s Client Services Dept. meets off-site. Getting out of the office lets us step out of the woods so we can see the forest.  As part of our meeting, we often invite someone to speak like our founder, Michael Platt and CEO, Dave Admire or recent graduates who remind us why we love our jobs.

In October, off-site organizers, Jeremy Schoen and Kris Saim, decided to switch it up. They led the Client Services staff in a game of Jeopardy! to test our knowledge.

Questions ranged from the simple $100 such as the 90/10 rule to the more challenging $1,000 questions about July 1 Gainful Employment regulations and CPS spikes.

The winning Jeopardy! team received an early Friday dismissal to get a jump on their weekends. The game and meeting was a hit for all who attended.

It’s a reminder that we learn best when we’re having fun. Jeopardy! fed our competitive nature while keeping the meeting fun and engaging.  One of the best parts of the PlattForm culture is that our management team feels that entertaining and educational opportunities like these aid in our employee growth.

The Jeopardy!  template is a free download and provides an easy way to engage any department or group of people.
