Our Culture Club plans all kinds of things for us to do, like our annual 12-hour video competition or the time we paid to pie managers in their faces. We theme our conference rooms – from superheroes to sports to the Wizard of Oz. And every day one employee sends out a random funny cat photo – just another way to say, “Good morning and welcome to the office.”
