The direct marketing powerhouse that is PlattForm has humble beginnings. After 11 years in Michael Platt’s basement and three more in a tin-roofed box in Stanley, Kansas (Need ambient noise? Just wait for the rain!), with an attic for production storage, we relished our continued growth because it’s allowed us to move into real buildings!
After Stanley came Olathe, Kansas, in 2001, where we quickly doubled our occupancy in just a year … and then expanded to the building next door in 2004 and downstairs in 2005. In 2006, PlattForm was acquired by Arlington Capital Partners. Since then, we’ve moved from Olathe to Lenexa, Kansas, hired over 100 employees, had multiple promotions and even brought a new face and logo to the company!
We also picked up a few new websites along the way, like BeautySchool.com, Beauty Schools Directory, TopTruckingSchools.com, FindATruckingJob.com, AnyCollege and Massage Register. Our quest for world domination is well on its way …
