In early 2005, several PlattFormers got together and decided we should find a productive way to put all our youthful exuberance to good use. And – voila! – an in-house philanthropic committee was formed.
We affectionately call ourselves Team Phil.
We’re now 50+ employees strong and still growing – giving back to the community, one organization at a time. Our philanthropic calendar now has three or four events each month.
From humble beginnings to a full-blown philanthropic force, Team Phil has logged countless hours and raised literally millions of dollars for our non-profit associations. From working on pro-bono charity videos to organizing food drives to coordinating 5Ks, we do it all. And the best part? All the charities we work with are local, which means our efforts and monies stay in the heart of our community.
